The couple's newest restaurant -- Estrella Azul -- opened this week at 357 Route 9 in Manalapan.

It features mouth-watering burritos and quesadillas as well as taco platters for larger family gatherings

The original Estrella Azul is in Holmdel and their Italian restaurant is called Mezza Luna.
